Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns

We accept return of products by mail. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 calendar days after the receipt of the product.

1.To be eligible for a return: your item must be unused, saleable, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.

3. Send the item back to us through the local post office. If you need to deal with the returned package urgently, please contact our customer service and provide the waybill number of the returned package.

4. We will process your return within 7 calendar days after receiving the package.

Note: We do not accept returned items that are sent back directly without prior notice. Any address on the package is not approved as a return address. If you need to return or exchange the goods, please contact us in advance, and our service specialist will contact you to formulate a solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of calendar days.

Return Shipping Cost

For quality issues, all return shipping costs will be borne by Gooditemmall. For the return and exchange caused by the customer, the round-trip freight will be borne by the customer.No handling fee will be charged to the consumer for returning the product.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
